The Boardroom offers multiple wonderful spaces ideal for various events. Our largest space, The Library Back Dining Room, can seat 40 guests for a sit-down dinner or accommodate up to 65 for a cocktail hour. For smaller gatherings, The Market is perfect for 15-20 people, ideal for happy hours or networking events.

The Boardroom is not just about the indoor ambiance; our location provides convenient parking with an adjacent paid lot for busy nights. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the street is closed off, adding an extra layer of exclusivity to your event.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your private party rooms like?
We have tables and chairs, and you can coordinate outside orders if needed. We offer royal blue linens and linen roll-ups with silverware for sit-down dinners. For different colors and tablecloths, outside rentals are required.
Can I bring in outside alcohol?
We take pride in our partnership with locally distilled Boardroom Spirits, an exquisite cocktail menu, premier selections of wine and beer from local, regional, and national makers. If there is a very specific request we will do our best to accommodate, please contact us to discuss.
Can I bring in outside decorations for my event?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage outside decorations to personalize your event.
Can I have a DJ or live performer for my event?
We are open to discussions. For full restaurant buyouts it's an easy yes, but for single rooms the entertainment must not disrupt other patrons. Please contact us to discuss your vision.
Can you accommodate guests with dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely. We offer various options and can create separate or special dishes for groups over 12.
Do you allow outside catering?
For desserts, yes. However, we do not allow outside catering for primary courses. Our Scratch kitchen is a main attraction of The Boardroom - our cuisine is truly exceptional and unlike many other dining experiences in the area.
Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?
Our space is intimate, and our staff will ensure your guests know where to go.
How can I receive a tour of the space?
Contact us along with your event inquiry to set up a tour, we love showing off our beautiful and historic space! If you're remote we have a few methods to ensure you know what the spaces look like.
How many people can your location accommodate?
Our largest room, The Library, seats 40 for dining and up to 65 for a cocktail event. The Market accommodates 15-20 people, and The Boardroom can host up to 12 guests.
Is the site wheelchair-accessible?
Yes!
What is the deposit amount required to book an event?
We currently do not require a deposit.
What’s the recommended dress code?
Our restaurant environment is local luxury, easygoing elegance, that is to say we don't have a firm dress code and event dress code is as the host desires.
Where can my guests park?
We have a parking lot. On Fridays and Saturdays, it can get busy, but there is an adjacent paid parking lot. However it should be noted that the borough closes the street with access to our parking lot on Friday Nights, Saturdays, and Sundays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Can we have slideshows, video presentations, or play music from a personal device?
In the Library, we have TVs and a projector available.
