About The Boardroom

Owner Patrick Merriman moved to Phoenixville in 2016 after graduating from Saint Joe's University. His passion for hospitality lead him to managing several bars and restaurants, where he met Chef George Crow. In November of 2022 Patrick would purchase Paloma's Restaurant which would become The Boardroom.

We are partnered with Boardroom Spirits out of Lansdale, and we are bringing food to Bridge Street in Phoenixville that will hopefully let you experience something that you haven't had before.
